Tour Plan
Day 1: Flight to Kidepo Valley National Park
Your journey begins with a transfer to Entebbe International Airport for a scheduled domestic flight to Kidepo. Enjoy stunning aerial views of Uganda’s diverse terrain—from lush green hills to the semi-arid plains of Karamoja.
Upon arrival at the airstrip in Kidepo, you will be welcomed by your safari guide and transferred to your lodge. After check-in and lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive across the vast savannah plains. Expect to spot a variety of wildlife including lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, and possibly cheetahs.
Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation under the star-lit African sky.
Day 2: Game Drives and Cultural Experience
Start your day with an early morning game drive in the Narus Valley, the park’s wildlife hotspot known for its high concentration of animals. This is the best time to witness predators such as lions and hyenas, as well as herds of antelope and zebras.
After breakfast, return to the lodge for some rest before heading out for a cultural visit to the Karamojong communities. Experience their unique way of life, traditional dances, and fascinating customs that have remained unchanged for generations.
In the late afternoon, enjoy another game drive or relax at the lodge while soaking in the stunning wilderness views.
Day 3: Return Flight to Entebbe
Wake up to the sounds of the wild and enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the lodge. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for a short morning game drive or simply relax and take in the serene surroundings.
Later, transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Entebbe. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel or connect to your international flight home.
